This department is headed by Shaun who is keenly involved in the Zimbabwean mining industry not only from a legal advisory but, from a business venture point of view. Shaun in has been exporting lumpy and concentrated chromium to China; has interests in gold, tantalite, manganese, tin and titanium mining; and has put together several mining related investments in the recent years.

Shaun is versed in all aspects of mining law and investment, including but not limited to claims portfolio risk assessment and management; environmental issues pertaining to the mining industry; due diligences on claims; dispute advice on claims; deal structuring; pegging and prospecting advice and services.
