DEPARTMENT
The department is headed by Kerry, who brings unmatched energy and passion to the representation of our clients in various fora.
This division provides litigation support to the various practice arrears offered by the Firm. The Head of Department, Kerry has developed excellent rapport and a deep appreciation of processes within the many offices of various stakeholders in the civil litigation ecosystem – from the Magistrates Court and all the superior courts, to the Messenger of Court and Sheriff’s office.
The Firm is cognisant of the fact that litigation is ordinarily costly, and time-consuming. The advice to litigate is therefore never given lightly to any client. Where, however, litigation is the only resort, our clients can be content in the comfort of the knowledge that our attorneys are tried and tested, and will advance clients’ interests fearlessly and tirelessly before any court or adjucating forum in Zimbabwe.
CRIMINAL LITIGATION
The Firm also provides representation and advice in criminal matters, especially those involving corporate and cyber-crimes; road traffic and other forms of accidents, alleged violations of labour laws, land acquisition laws and other violations of statutory and the common law.
