This department is headed by Shaun Lightfoot who boasts of over 20 years’ experience both in the corporate sector and in private practice. Shaun’s wealth of knowledge enables us to give quality advisory services and substantively sound litigation services on a wide array of corporate and commercial disputes / transactions.
